- Property will need to be free of movement. (ex. Animals, people, fans, etc…) Movement can cause inaccurate scans. Most Multiple Listing /services do not allow imaging with individuals in them.
- Have property cleaned and furniture as you would prefer. We will not move items, wipe surfaces, stage, move items out of frame, close toilet lids, or wait while finishing touches are made.
- Photographer comes ready to start and will need all interior doors open and all fans off.
- For virtual tours, photographers must start at the lowest point. We will always plan to capture lower levels unless we are informed to exclude the area.
- Wi-Fi is required for equipment operation. We have our own hotspot but if you have known dead spots in your home, we may not be able to capture the area. If you know this is the case, please call before scheduling.
- All interior doors will nee to be open and lights on.
- 24-hour rescheduling/ cancelation is required to avoid any fees.
